Privacy Policy
Effective October 4, 2026
This policy explains what information Harpeth EV Charging ("this site") collects when you visit evchargerinstallationbrentwoodtn.com or call the phone number shown on it, and how that information is used and shared.
Who Answers Your Call
This site does not perform electrical work. When you call the number on this site, your call is answered by or connected to an independent electrician licensed in Tennessee. That electrician prices and performs any work, and you deal with them directly for quotes, scheduling, contracts, and payment.
Information Collected When You Call
When you call, the following information may be collected:
- Your phone number and caller ID name, as provided by your phone carrier.
- The date, time, and length of the call.
- Anything you share during the call, such as your name, address, and project details.
- A recording of the call, where recording is used.
Call details are shared with the electrician you speak with, so they can answer your question, price your project, and follow up with you about it. That electrician handles your information under their own practices.
Call Recording
Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Tennessee law generally allows a call to be recorded with the consent of one party to the call (Tenn. Code Ann. 39-13-601, as summarized by the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press). If you call from another state, that state's law may also apply. If you do not want your call recorded, say so at the start of the call.
Information Collected When You Visit
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver and secure the site. This site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate without cookies.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, including clicks on the phone number. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology. You can learn how Google uses this data at google.com/policies/privacy/partners, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics browser add-on.
This site has no contact form, no accounts, and no comment features, so it does not collect information through forms.
How Information Is Used
- To answer your call and connect you with a licensed electrician who can help with your project.
- To keep the site and phone service working, secure, and free of abuse.

Your information is not sold for money.
Your Choices and Requests
You may ask what information is held about your call, or ask that it be deleted, by emailing hello@evchargerinstallationbrentwoodtn.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
